In the Chinese language, there are two interesting characters which are  "guan" and "ûxi". One translation of the word "guan xi" could be "relationship". I wrote "could be", because I truly believe that the meaning of relationship and the way we connect with people in the East is completely different than the way you will connect with people in the West. Being aware of this difference, we decided to create TeamBridge Business Social club. TeamBridge simply is a Team of people (from all continents) which contributes daily through their work to make a Bridge possible between Northeastern China and the rest of the world. Some of us have been here for almost a decade.

 The TeamBridge philosophy is based on Guan Xi. In Northeastern china, people say that relationships are much more important than making money. Of course, we are all business minded people.
