A cement ball mill is mainly used in the grinding of finished products and raw materials, and also used in metallurgy, chemical, electric power etStone production linec...In addition, open flow grinding and close-circuit grinding with powder concentrator are available as well. Cement ball mill has the advantages of strong adaptability to materials, continuous production, big reduction ratio, simple fineness-adjusting and so on. It is capable of dry production and wet production, also can grind and dry at the same time. After drying, raw materials processed by cement mill will turn into raw cemRock crusherent. Then we are going to use an important product in cement machinery：Cement rotary kiln. As we all know, the cement processed by cement mill is raw, in other words, after water’s mixing, cement is still cemStone crusherent, and water is still water. Both of them cannot be mixed together. So here we make raw cement processed by cement rotary kiln, in order to get the cement of semi-finished products.
Why do we say it’s semi-finished? Because the cement processed by cement mill cannot turn 100% raw material into powder, we need to screen these semi-finished products and make those raw materials which still don’t turn into powder return to the production line for processing.
So far, cement production line is running to the end. Of course, in the whole production line, the role of conveyor is indispensable. Whether raw materials enter into the dryer, and then the dryer enters into cement mill, or cement mill enters into cement rotary kiln, which both use the conveyor.
